HDRS Patient Portal is LIVE!

Starting on July 1st, 2014, Hawaii Diagnostic Radiology Services will be bringing their patient portal services online. Patients will now have the option to securely access their images and reports online. Some of the benefits include:

• 24/7 access to all exams performed at HDRS and Y&M Radiology.
• Ability to further share their exam and results electronically with their doctor, a specialist, family/friend — whomever they wish.  They can also revoke access at anytime.
• Download images in JPEG and DICOM formats.  DICOM images can be burned to a CD or copied to a usb drive and uploaded into another imaging facilities system.
• View and print out copies of their reports.  Note – Reports are available to the patient after a delay of a few days.  This is to allow the referring physician time to review the report before the patients receives a copy.
